Lone Protester- America Wins One

    America spoke to Washington today with a thunderous roar that reverberated from the White House to the US Congress and from the Treasury to Wall Street. It was so loud that it rattled windows around the world and caused stocks to drop everywhere. We told them hell no, we are not going to bail you and your friends out of a mess that you are completely responsible for. It is not the American people’s fault that you got a little too greedy for your own good. Lehman Brothers CEO Richard Fuld got 71 million dollars for 2007, now bankrupt. Goldman-Sachs CEO received over 43 million for 2007. And surprise of surprises, our Treasury Secretary Hank Paulsen was CEO of that firm in 2006 and his total financial package came to over 163 million. They are also bankrupt now. (see sources).

   I am having problems understanding the legality of this proposed bailout under the US Constitution. I do not remember reading the article where it says we have to mortgage our descendants future for the sake of the greedy few. I can understand why companies go under because I am a businessman myself and also experiencing difficulties but I know for a fact there is no use asking the US Congress for money to help me out. Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi would look at me like I’m stupid. Mainly because I ain’t rich enough to fund their reelection campaigns like Richard Fuld and Hank Paulson can. And speaking of reelection campaigns, doesn’t it just seem right, fair and legal under our system of laws, that any politician involved in the bailout recuse himself from voting if they got campaign funds from any of the companies involved in the bailout? Hank Paulson is Treasury Director and a former CEO of one of the firms involved and here he is trying to save his buddies. Is there not a question of legality here? Should not some of these characters have to give back their excess profits? Like Hank Paulson’s 163 million? Should not some of them be led to jail in handcuffs? It seems to me that our Justice Department and FBI should be investigating all the shenanigans going on in the bailout talks.

  The royalty in Washington is getting very nervous about now with the election 35 days away. Today they heard from their constituents screaming their anger and got scared. They are slowly waking up to the fact that 90% of Americans are not going to sit still for a 700 billion giveaway. The odds could not be better for the American people with the upcoming election. Maybe the people will win one this time because we are past due for it. It is time for a sea change in Washington, it is time to return to a Constitutional government and to hell with the excesses, the greed, the special interests and the lobbyists. None of those rated any mention in the Constitution. I say let the cards fall where they may because in the end it will be us who will pick up the pieces.

                                     Lone Protester- Absolute Insanity Reigns in Washington

   There is one very good thing about the Wall Street/politicians bailout fiasco currently going on in Washington. This bailout is happening at a very convenient time for us to vote these jackasses out of office for good. These guys are digging their holes deeper as new information about the causes of this fiasco hits the internet every day. A stream is becoming a river that is soon going to be a tidal wave of anger when we go to the polls in November with the thought forefront in our minds that these sleazy politicians have sold us out once again to companies whose god is the almighty dollar. We are going to be forced to mortgage our grandchildren’s future to save the asses of a bunch of greedy parasites that can’t see past a hundred dollar bill.

   Our politicians are actually going to give these crooks 700 billion on the pretense of saving the republic and our economy and everything we hold dear. Well, I hate to tell them that it is their insane policies and their egotistical attitudes that have brought us to this point in the first place. We have been screaming at them for years to fix our problems but greed always took first place. Anymore, the only things that I hold dear about this country is its Constitution and its people and to hell with Washington, Wall Street and all their insane policies. It is the people of this country that needs help and not crooks that should have know better.

  I do not know about you but I say let them pay for their own mistakes, if the only way they can maintain their high rarified existence is on the backs of We the People then they should be nothing but a footnote in the dustbin of history. Both the crooks and the politicians. Their insane policies have brought us to this. Their refusal to enforce our laws brought about an illegal alien population of about 38 million. Their encouragement of hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to take out subprime mortgages on property they couldn’t afford  and legally buy has a lot to do with this Wall Street crisis. (See sources below). But our politicians, being the sneaky, slithering worms that they are, stay away from this fact. What jobs they haven’t shipped overseas are stolen from American workers and given to illegals under the aegis of our politicians and administration.

    Their lopsided policies have almost bankrupted this country and you do not hear an apology from them. We only hear that they need another 700 billion for a disaster of their own making. So I say on election day make them pay for the destruction they have wreaked upon this great country and people. Tar and feather and run them out of Washington on their asses because they deserve nothing less. The direction of this country needs to be changed, badly. We cannot expect that change from our politicians because they are determined to run us off the cliff for their sacred agendas which doesn’t represent the American people.

                                             Lone Protester- The Cure for America’s Ills

     So, what’s the cure for America’s ills? Two words. Term limits. It is time to go back to the citizen politicians that have the best interest of this country at heart instead of themselves and their political party and staying in power in perpetuity.  Our current crop of career politicians have damn near brought about the total collapse of everything that we hold dear. They have brought our education system to its knees, social security is going bankrupt, fuel and food prices shooting skyward, 38 million illegals in the country, Wall Street is baled out, and a war that has lasted twice as long as World War II. Someone please name me one thing that that our government and politicians haven’t messed up?

    The politicians now screaming that we need comprehensive immigration reform are the same ones that wrote the last set of bills dealing with immigration in 1986 and 1996. You remember, the ones where amnesty was given but nothing else was done. One way or another we absolutely have to get rid of these bozos because otherwise they are going to destroy the Republic. They have no respect for law and order. The common American has found out that there is one set of laws for us and another set entirely for them and their friends. Anarchy reigns in cities across this great nation while our politicians sit on their thrones in ignorance. Our politicians have been there for so long that they have become deadweight on the system. Thanks to them our system is not working any longer.

     The average American citizen has been cast to the side and is becoming  like a peon from a third world country. Our constitutional rights have become so perverted that they only work for people that have invaded this country. Our politicians worry more about being their careers than fixing the problems. Our courts are so infected with politically correct liberal activists that the rule of law has been undermined.

     The solution is to impose term limits on every elected office. Just think, in six years we could have a completely new House of Representatives, in twelve most of the useless Senate would be gone. In just a few years all the royalty would be gone to write their memoirs. In a few years most of America’s problems could be solved if people were elected to fix our problems instead of idiots without ideas being there until they die in office. Social security could be fixed, education and healthcare could again be the best in the world. Our borders would be secure and our immigration problems could be fixed just by following the laws already on the books.

    There are so many common sense approaches to solving our problems that it isn’t funny. Our illegal immigration problems could be solved in a couple of months if every law enforcement officer in this country was ordered to enforce all laws and criminal employers was arrested. Ignorance used to be considered no excuse under the law and we need to make it so again. We need to make the rights of American citizens foremost in every bill written, be it for education, health, welfare, environment, international relations and trade. We need to change our useless free trade agreements into fair trade agreements that will benefit our citizens first and foremost.

  And we will most definitely not get these things with our current crop of leaders. They are so afraid of the special interest groups that they cannot function for the American citizen, the reason they were put there in the first place. John Locke, one of our founding fathers said that “tyranny is the exercise of power beyond right” and that phrase perfectly fits what our government has become. And another quote from another American perfectly fits the situation today. "Why stand we here idle? Is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God. I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"

  The same politicians scheming to give the crooks 700 billion dollars are the same ones that got us in this mess to start with. They have no balls to close our borders but they don’t mind giving our money away. We need to force term limits down their throats and get rid of the parasites that have bled this country dry. If term limits isn’t good enough, then let them resign, impeach them in mass if necessary. Show them the door and tell them to not let it hit them in the behind on the way out.    

     There were two little noticed moments of clarity this week in the Orwellian world of American justice this week. One court ruling said that  states may assist in enforcement. This was in relation to an Arizona employer/illegal workers case. The other ruling said that states cannot give illegal aliens in-state tuition rates. Those are two major victories for Americans. Finally a little bit of daylight is beginning to show through the darkness.

    At last there are some courts that are actually deciding in favor of American citizens and workers. That ruling reaffirms that the states have the right to stop the employment of illegal workers within their borders. I am from South Carolina and our laws come into effect on 1 July 2009. On that date businesses with over 100 employees must verify the legal status of their workers. One year later companies with 100 or lower come under the gun.

    Underlying this entire mess is the fact that the federal government has completely dropped the ball on its responsibility to the states and citizens in the enforcement of our immigration laws. Therefore each and every individual state is required to go through a lengthy political and legal process before it can actually enforce a few laws that protects its citizens. I swear to God, political correctness is going to kill this country someday. Because the rights of the few outweigh the constitutionally guaranteed rights of 300 million Americans we must allow our towns and cities to be flooded with illegal aliens. Because of the fear of offending the goddess of political correctness we must not say anything about millions of Americans losing their jobs to illegal workers. We must close our eyes to the companies employing them and not speak the truth, that they are criminals, one and all.

    Sometimes I think that maybe its just me, maybe I am so stubborn that I can’t change with the times. But it isn’t me, no way. I am out there every day, one job or another and I am experiencing something entirely unknown in the America that I grew up in. We are in the midst of the greatest invasion this world has ever known and the only response that we can get from our president is that family values do not stop at the Rio Grande. While I am forced to eke out an existence competing with criminals my US Senator spends all his time shadowing a presidential candidate, who by the way, if he wins, it will probably put me in the food line.

  I just know that things are not right in this country. Our federal government and 99% of our politicians have deserted us. Our judicial system has failed us. They were put there to protect us and they have neglected their responsibility and it is up to the states and citizens to protect themselves because of this.

    We have allowed our federal government to become too powerful and our rights have been shattered because of it. Our politicians have become corrupted and think like royalty and in the process our justice system has degenerated into a stinking pile of crap. Our borders are wide open, millions of invaders are coming across them and our government stays mostly silent.
